    • I have a RokMage menu in my left sidebar in Mynxx theme for Magento.
      Is there a way to make the 3rd (or lower) level sub-categories collapse/expand?

      Right now, only the top level categories collapse/expand. I have lots of sub-categories and it takes up too much space if I can't collapse them
      Example (This is what I would like to see!):
      (Step 1) Go to page:
      Cat 1
      Cat 2

      (Step 2) Click on Category and it will expand the next level of categories
      Cat 1
      Cat 2
      Subcat 1
      Subcat 2

      (Step 3) Click on a Sub-category and it will expand the next level, and so on.
      Cat 1
      Cat 2
      Subcat 1
      Subcat 2
      SubSubcat A
      SubSubcat B

      Instead, what I am getting now if you click on a top level category, ALL of the subcategories for all levels expand all at once. Is there a setting to make the sub-sub-categories stay collapsed until the sub-category just above it is clicked on?

      I've attached my current settings.

    • This should be in the Magento Mynxx forum, not general discussion.

      But in answer to your question, no, only the 1st level is collapsible. In the next update for Mynxx (1.7, which will be released shortly) you'll have the option of specifying how many sub-levels to show, so that might help.

    • Thank you. For some reason I couldn't find the Mynxx forum, but thank you for your answer. I will look forward to 1.7. I want all sub-levels to show, but only when they are clicked on to expand them.

      It won't be possible to have all sub-levels showing and only expanding when clicked, even with the 1.7 updates. Only the first level is expandable, that won't be changing I'm afraid.
