To make them writable you need to use an FTP client or something like CPanel. In the FTP client you just right-click on the files and folders (that needs to be writable) and change the permissions.
On a normal installation it should be:
Folders: 755
Files: 644
But on some webhosts the ownership of the files and folders are incorrect so you might need to set it like this:
Folders: 757
Files: 646
The Joomla root directory should also be writable

some permission is writable
but someone is not changed.
all director(folder, subfolder, file, file in folder, file in subfolder) is by manually change?
the error i get when I go to template manager -> RT-reflex template is invariable.

good evening, as you managed to fix it I read the whole discussion and I vyskšal license rights to bookmark temlpate 757 and 0604 files but nothing I tried did not work right and nothing but 777 does not work ...
then the error about mysql and so that there is missing link in my opinion but I was also confused
template is installed but when entering the admin template, throws error 500
translated from Slovak language translator Gogol
Can you advise if there is already a translator which translates the quality is clear to me that what I write is wrong, and sometimes barely understand it
