I have 2 questions about Magento RokMage Mobile.
1. Included is a customer management and suppliers?
(Invoices, payments, collections)
2. - This release runs on Android and iPhone?

1. It's only a frontend theme for Magento. So the admin is just the default one.
2. Yes, it's based on jQuery Mobile, so runs on all supported devices. - STEP 1 IN MAGENTO DEVELOPMENT - DISABLE YOUR CACHE OR YOU WON'T SEE ANY CHANGES.
Use the new "secure" tab when replying for privately sharing links.

Only one thing! I'll explain a little more.
I mean if there are customer management, suppliers, payment, etc..
I understand that everything is feasible. Let me know if you have these efforts,
or if you know where I could buy them.

Like I said, we don't touch anything in the admin section, so it's just standard default Magento. So what's available by default is still available with the mobile theme, as it's only a frontend theme.
Maybe you should check the official Magento admin demo to see what's available regarding customer management and payments etc:

The demo I linked above is the official Magento demo. So everything you see there is what comes by default with Magento. So all of the product management, category management, customer management, payment options etc etc.
Our themes are only frontend themes. So we don't touch the admin. What you see in that demo is what you will get, with a few extra options for our themes/extensions - but they only apply to the "look" of the frontend.
If you want to see how the themes function, I suggest downloading the free Quasar Magento RocketLauncher and installing that. It doesn't come with all of our club extensions, but it has a couple, so will give you a good idea:
