J 1.5.26 to J 2.5 using jupgrade 2.5.1 rok extensions issue

Hi there, i was trying to upgrade from j1.5 to 2.5 with jupgrade and every thing that could be ok went ok except that after installing roktabs and rokstories for the new 2.5they dont pull out the articles so even newly created content wont show up. ve checked and the html tags from those extensions are empty.
Any insights?
