I know that this site is dedicated to Rocket Theme templates, and not to Joomla specifically, so all apologies for asking this question. I've tried to get an answer at Joomla.org without any success.
When I'm working in Joomla adding categories and such, the pages load incredibly slow. It really puts a severe crimp on my productivity. Does anyone know what I might be able to do to speed things up? The pages for the site load at a fairly normal speed, so I don't know why there would be this disparity. Anyway, if someone could help, I would be very grateful. The site is www.beyondquotes.com

- Wasn't glacially slow, 10sec when I selected the Add Category button.

- Hmm, that's interesting. If you're adding hundreds of categories though that 10 seconds can really add up. But if it's normal it's normal. Thanks James, once again, for your assistance.
