Urgent issues with Mobile version of Reflex

I purchased this theme and have had difficulty since day one...
I now installed to this site removing almost every issue and now all of a sudden the mobile layout looks really jacked. sharifjewelers.com/
any tech support for this? I have had plenty of account subs but I cannot get into Theme forums to post this where DEVS can help
