Getting Bumped out of Cpanel

Hey all,
fairly new at all this. The installation of Joomla went well. Installed v3 and am now getting bumped out of cpanel to admin login frequently. Not sure if it was happening before v3, because I installed the template fairly quickly.
For example, I click on Menu>mainmenu and am bumped out 3 or 4 times before it goes to the list of menus. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening? It is eating away at my time and patience.

the next time you successfully log in, quicly check your settings
systems>'system info' and check whether your sessions directory is writable - Say no to Internet Explorer 6.

Are any of these causing the problem?

Hey all, could you take a look at the info above? I am still getting kicked back to the login all the time. If you think I need to do a reinstall let me know that also.
Also what ftp client do you use that doesn't give me the permission problems when uploading the templates? I use Dreamweaver.
James: no one else is using it.

That is not the info I was after
Go to where you found that info, (System>System Info), but then click the "permissions" tab.
Check to see whether the sessions directory is writable. - Say no to Internet Explorer 6.
