Drop down menu going behind showcase

Hi Guys, I have seen several posts relating to this but I'm no developer and find the answers beyond me. So far I have been able to build my site without the need to code but this has me stuck.
My website - opticalfx.cloudaccess.net/
As you can see I am using the Clarion theme and on my Mac I hadn't noticed a problem with the drop down menu but on IE it disappears behind the showcase virtual tour.
People are posting about changing different lines in the script, is there no way of doing this from the admin area?
Would someone be so kind as to put the solution in 'idiot language' for me please if it involves accessing the files via ftp?
