Headers Expires missing on maelstrom template!

I Have a website which under the Yslow testing shows that all the maelstrom template's static components are without a far-future expiration date.
Can someone tell me how to do this, I have been researching all over, installed code on the .htaccess file but to no avail!

- Our RT launchers comes with default Joomla configuration so none of them has expired headers set to the far future. Search how this can be done in Joomla in general on google
