Problem to update my 1.5 Jooma Template

Good Afternoon,
I am facing an issue with a zephir template 1.5 joomla version, which is I can`t change/update some photos in my web site neither make any other changes since the system does not properly respond. So, my question is what I`m doing wrong or perphaps I need to update the template bundle to make the changes my web page requires

Not much for us to go on is there?
What version of joomla 1.5? Is Gantry up to date? Is template up to date? How many other extensions are installed and are they up to date? Have you checked that your host hasn't updated the server settings and perhaps caused a problem? What version of php?
Have you checked directory and file permissions in Help > System Informations > Permissions?
