SOLVED Problem on module position

Hello there
I bought Fresco joomla template and when i delete some of the menu the template seems disorganized and the position is misplaced and i tried to change the position size and everything but i couldn't fix it so how can fix the problem here it is my website www.gecmy.org/index.php and look the original template here demo.rockettheme.com/?template=fresco . You can see difference between the module position on my website and on the original template.
