This is to the menu option under Wellness Program / Monthly Newsletter for the Communicator compoinent. but it displays as if it is in the home menu position so the modules i have on the home page show. but those modules are set to publish only to the home position. how can i get this to display correctly ?

This is actually normal Joomla behavior. For pages that doesn't have assigned itemid (every page dynamically generated which doesn't have menu item defined) Joomla will show modules assigned to the default itemid (which is usually Home page of the site)

- This module does not give a way to assign this to a menu in the normal sense. I will find a different component.
