email link in article gives me Fatal error: Class 'JView' ..

Not sure where to post it
I am using crystalinne, in my articles the little icon which allows viewers to email the page when clicked gives me this error message:
Fatal error: Class 'JView' not found in /home/creativ/public_html/gps/components/com_mailto/views/sent/view.html.php on line 11
the odd thing is that the email gets sent, but the viewer gets that message:
how do I fix that?
