Hi team,
I have an issue which is not directly linked to rocket templates.
When I left a page without saving it can not enter it anymore. I get an error message saying that the user who locked the page is not the same who is trying to unlock it. I can't even delete the page concerned.
Attached is an screenshot (in German ... sorry)
WOuld you please help?

Hi Simone,
Have you tried a "Global Check-in"? If not go to 'Site'> 'Maintenance'> 'Global Check-in ' and see if that will help you get access.

Just to clarify, you are clicking the close button andd not just the browser back button? And you are the only one logged in to admin at the time this happens, theres no other admin working on the items?
I know its a simplistic question but just to check.
