Some of your issues were in linking. You had Menu Items linked to items which were not enabled.
For the mainmenu I created articles / items for your menu to work correctly.
Also, you had some special characters in your titles. Take care in doing so. Some characters may cause issues.
You will have to review all your settings for your template and make adjustments accordingly. After changing the SEF in the admin your templates seemed to work properly. However, to use SEF you will have to rename htaccess.txt file in Joomla root to .htaccess so that you can use SEF and short file names.
Before you do much more, create you Categories / articles, before you assign them to your Menu, and before you apply your templates.
