Okay. SO I took a chance and I tried your themes. I mean, they look pretty and well, my client wanted one (Enigma). And, after three and a half weeks of fooling, I still get database connection errors (and so does your own demo theme, it appears) because the theme's (and widgets, gantry, etc) SQL calls are malformed, bloated, and downright sloppy. (I am in no way alone in believing this - I might reference you to the WordPress discussion topics on your themes)
In short, the themes I purchased don't work because the widgets don't work properly. And if the widgets (which you market and sell as part of your theme) don't work, well the theme and all it's wonderfulness is slightly less than useless.
Since the themes are useless, I am (for the second time) asking for a refund. I'm happy to delete any and all parts of your programs, get my money back and go our separate ways. If I don't receive at least the kindness of a direct response this time, I'll just have to go another, less friendly route.
