    • So you can close a topic because it tangentially dealt with a request for refund but failed to address the absolute failure of the Enigma theme.

      Lame.

So, when are you going to really fix the theme, the widgets and your own demo site? Better yet, when are you going to fix the malformed and poorly-written SQL statements (again, I point to the WordPress blogs) that are choking our SQL servers to the point of breaking? I'm amazed that your themes require such a resource load - nobody else's themes and standard widgets do this.

What response? Should I have to upgrade from 2 Gig of RAM to 4 Gig just to use the theme? Crazy.

    • "tangentially"? ... you asked for a "Refund" and I tried to point you into the right direction as we mods have nothing to do with membership questions. So I thought that was spot on.
So I can only repeat myself. Use the contact form.
      Remember your title was "Refund"?

For questions about templates use the template specific forum.
I know you already did that but you wont get more answers in the "General discussion forum".
As I said in your other thread I pinged Cliff and Jakub to take a look at your issue.
Sadly you didn't provide any other information about the server/host etc.
So they have to guess what is causing trouble for you.

I hope they can help you.

The demo had an issue and was rebooted and should be fine now – but that has really nothing to do with RokGallery.

    • Hi, I think you might find it helpful to understand how our forum and support works. If you post a question, the average response time is 24-48 hours. If you post replies to your own topic it removes your question from our list of unanswered threads, which is what we use to find new questions. You basically posted a question, then responded to it a half hour later, which only prevented us from seeing your question at all.

As I said in the other post, you are the only person reporting this specific issue. This would suggest the problem is something on your end. If it was a problem with the theme or plugin itself, everyone would be saying this is happening. We're happy to look into it for you. Just send the info I requested in the other thread.
