Use of demo images?

I have a licensing/copyright question regarding images in Launchers and demo content. I love alot of the images that you guys use for your demos and I would like to be able to use them. However, I don't want to get into any type of legal business. I've searched everywhere but I can't find anything about your policy on use of the demo images.

Hi, this information is provided as a disclaimer at the bottom of our demos. This month you can see it at the bottom, stating this:
NOTE: All demo content is for sample purposes only, intended to show a live site. All images are licensed from ShutterStock for exclusive use on this demo site only.
RocketLauncher is a custom Joomla package that will install the demo onto your site. Demo images are replaced with sample images to avoid any copyright issue.
Unless otherwise indicated, we can't legally redistribute these images in our packages in most cases. That is why blank images are used in their place in the Rocket Launcher. If you use them without purchasing them from the stock photography service or other authorized outlet, you assume full responsibility for any actions resulting from that.
You really wouldn't want to use the same ones we use anyway, it would make your website look like a clone of the demo and that may not be an ideal situation for you or clients you make sites for. - The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.

Images are really cheap to buy, actually. Like $1 each if it's not high resolution.

Cool. Thanks for the answer. I must be blind. I've looked at that box on the demos probably 10,000 times and never thought image license info was there...
Yes images are cheap. The problem is the time it takes to find them. Maybe RT can put the image ID from Shutterstock in the image alt tag on demos so that we can go directly to them and pay for them ourselves without having to hunt for them. Just an idea. - Simple CMS Design

Hi, we try to be as helpful as possible, but there is only so much we can do. We make templates - finding images and other content for your website is your responsibility. Believe me, I know how time consuming finding stock images can be, it's just part of building websites, but what goes on your website is completely up to you.
All you have to do is go to ShutterStock and search. I went there, did a search for "Technology" and actually found several of the images seen on the Ximenia demo on the first page of the results. If you spend a minute or two, you could come up with similar images without much effort.
We don't recommend that people use the same images we do, this thread from Andy Miller:
