delete the menu style

i don't need in administration interface the menu style besause i manage all my css in a template
one template
is it possible to deleted it using the template-options.xml
i delete <fieldset name="style" label="STYLE"> /fieldset>
it's seem to be a litlle archaic

- What exactly are you wanting to delete? Your joomla! administrator has to be styled by a template using css. And your joomla site has to be styled by another template using css.

the menu layout of gantry is the main use for me
i like to discover css or xml and now i don' t need the menu style interface ( piece attached)
i manage my css in the sheet css like template1.css or gantry.css
the menu interface disturb me when i try for example to create a css with the rt-header tag , there is a conflict with the setting menu style interface i presumed because the #rt-drawer work fine.

thanks for your answer,my answer are a little confuse
in a frst time i would like manage the css in a sheet css , in a second time create my own template with a modification of the administration style setting ( template-options.xml)
for my next site or why not for other user
