Issues With Section or Named Links on Page

Hi,
I am having trouble getting my section links to work in J2.5. We want to place a set of text links at the top of the page that will link to a section of the page below. Here is an example:
<a href="#a">Our Commitment to Privacy</a>
<strong><a name="a"></a>Our Commitment to Privacy</strong>
This works for me on a raw html page and I have used it in other Joomla installs but for whatever reason it has stopped working. Do you see anything wrong with this syntax? I am using J2.5.6 with Diametric on a local install.

Hi there,
Looks OK to me, but with some of the recent Joomla changes you just can't be sure.
I am quite lazy and use JCE ( www.joomlacontenteditor.net/ ) as my editor and it puts anchors in as required. I will try and check the code with the output from JCE.
