    JFolder error and media manager error

    • I get this error when installing admin tools. "JFolder::create: Could not create directory
      It was not possible to copy the selected file."

      I get this error when trying to upload an image in the media manager "Warning: Failed to move file! Error. Unable to upload file."

      Please, help. How do I fix both errors?

    • Both errors are related to a file and folder permissions. You will have to work out with your hosting company to solve those issues for you. Also, I would recommend you to contact Admin Tools developer and to ask question related to Media Manager in official Joomla forum.

      Neither of those errors are related to our template or extensions 8)
