    error installing rok gallery

    • We have purchased Rok_gallery and installed it on our joomla 1.5 site. but the latest version had some issues with joomla 1.5 so we downloaded rok_gallery 2.9 as suggested in the forums. But now that we are installing it, i get this error:



      Plugin Install: Plugin "rokcommon" Already Exists!
      Component Install: Error
      Component Install: Error
      Component Install: Custom install routine failure

      Install Component Error

      RokCommon Component installation failed
      RokCommon Component installation failed
      RokGallery Component installation failed
      RokGallery Module installation failed
      RokGallery System Plugin installation failed
      RokGallery Editor Button Plugin installation failed


      but we have deleted all instances of rokcommon on the files folders and database. how should we go about this?

    • Check if you removed RokCommon plugin under /plugins and /plugins/system folders
