It's hard to say unless you are sure your site files are completely clean.
If there wasn't an issue before the site was compromised then it's unlikely to be a .js conflict now all things being equal. - CMYKreative : Graphic Design , Web Design , Printing , Banner Ads , Branding and more.

Some gantry files were damaged, I re-installed it and everything is O.K now.
