I see Joomla 3 will launch in September, and was wondering what the RT plan is and how it will affect the rocket theme community?

I will let others chime in about official work flows for the newer Joomla versions, but please remember that Joomla 3.0 is really only a short term release and more of a alpha or beta version. Joomla 2.5 will actually outlast Joomla 3.0 as far as being officially supported.
I would most definitely hesitate a great deal before moving any live site over to Joomla 3.0 anytime soon.
