Diametric Copyright positions different in Chrome and IE

Hello
Please find the two screen shots of my issue:

The bottom links show up perfectly in Chrome and are very off in IE. It looked as if something else was published on that location, upon inspecting everything, it is a cross browser issue.
Please advise!
