Asking again: Please help with template settings

Hi.
I've asked before - and there was no solution, so please take a look again:
I have installed the Nabulae template, but it is not possible to change the settings: logo on/off, date on/off and so on. I can see all the buttons, but I cannot use them. But I can change the position: the logo can be moved to copyright position or else where - but cannot be turned off.
Why is this - and what do I do to change it?
The Nabulae is Master, Bluestork is default template

Note: The template has been installed and uninstalled several times to find out wheter there was an difference. Apprently not.
