Rokgallery - file settings error - cannot edit pictures

Posted 12 years 8 months ago
    • Hi - using Modulus theme for Wordpress with Rokgallery installed.

When I click on the information button or the edit button I get the error "file settings - error" and then it switches back to the image and won't let me edit it.

Also, when I try to upload a new image, it just stays in loading mode, never actually loads or gives me an error message (tried with a very small file, 38 KB).

      website is etowahvalleyyoga.com

Please help, I need to update photos and events in rokgallery.
      Thank you!
      Amy

    • No reply yet....anyone? I found someone with a similar issue in the forum, and the advice was this:

"Re: Wordpress RokGallery having some problems

You are using the old versions of RokGallery and RokCommon which are not compatible with WordPress 3.4.1. Try updating these to the latest versions and see if the problem still exists.

I have the latest version of wordpress 3.4.1, I have RokGallery 2.9 and RokCommon 2.2 installed and I'm still having the same issue. Any suggestions?

I just renewed our support with Rockettheme, so maybe someone will answer me this time :)

Thanks! And I appreciate any suggestions or help.

    • Me again :)

So I uninstalled RokGallery and RokCommon and then reinstalled them with the latest versions on Rockettheme (rokgallery 2.16 and rokcommon 2.6.5).

It fixed one problem - I can now edit or delete existing images in the library. However, when I go to add a new image, I get the following error:

dog_1.jpeg(24.28 KB) An error occured: 0

      thank you!
