Unable to purchase a single entitlement subscription

I sent 2 emails via your contact form but have not heard back. I'll try here...
I have the unusual problem of *not* being able to purchase your single entitlement template club. The reason is that a while ago I was a Dev member. However, my consulting has changed so I don't "do" templates now like before. I want to install your Sep template on a not-for-profit site I'm doing.
The error I am encountering at
www.rockettheme.com/join-a-club?club=joomla,devjoomla
is "Downgrade not available. You have an existing membership that precludes membership in this club. Please contact us if you need assistance."
Kudos on Gantry 4. I look forward to learning about your improved framework and new responsive template.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.? if you do not receive a reply within 12 hours or so, please post back here so we know and can look further into this.
