Content structure?

Say I wanted to organise my data like the above with News/Feature/Female View as the sections and then Gadgets / Sex / Fashion as the categories.
Could a user then just pick to search content based on a category such as Fashion. When the user selects fashion would they see the content under each section or just one?
Bit of a tricky question I know but if you could help I would be grateful.
