Image from /images showing sporadically

I am using the momentum template on Joomla 2.5.1. There is an image from /images directory that shows only sporadically. If you refresh the page the image will appear. Typically when you first load the page the image does not appear. The image should be in the module labeled "HH100 Recap."

The image is a static image screen shot of a vimeo video with a JCE Mediabox plugin enabling a lightbox to the actual vimeo video.
Can anyone help me determine why the image is showing sporadically and help me fix it?
**Note** I've turned site offline to "no" so you can see the site. It isn't ready to run live yet so if no one responds in the next day or so, I will turn it back down so I am not running two sites. Thanks!

- Thanks, that seems to have fixed it for Internet Explorer, but it still renders the same problem in a Chrome Browser. I cleared the browser cache and the image still does not show the first time you load the page.
