Blacklisted from demo.rockettheme ?

Since saturday, I am trying to access the demo.rockettheme to shop a new template for a customer... and I don't know why, my IP seems to be blocked from the demo server... it's been 3 days and this is making me loose precious time... I tried the contact form, without success, to tell someone about this problem... so hopefully someone here can do something about it... and told the owner of the demo server to do something about this... to check my IP on the firewall...
I still can't understand how we can be blacklisted just by visiting a website... this also happen on my own server once a while...
