What are the rules re. paying for help ?

    • btw I am basing that 5,000 on the number of downloads of each new release. It may not be an accurate reflection of the current member count. (though it shouldn't be far off, I mean who needs a template download twice??)

      Glad you got it sorted.

Support could -always- be handled better no matter how good it gets.

If Andy himself came over to my house and customed my template just for me and my sites at no extra charge, even then it -could- still get better. (I could get a foot massage too! and my components fixed)

But James and Mike do an exceptional job for just two people vs 5,000ish, and the rest of the mods do a good job also, and so do a lot of community members. The support here isn't perfect but it's a damn site better than most other template clubs where their forums look like ghost towns of unanswered posts and problems.

Seriously, what do you expect for $100 or less a year? That will get you less than three hours of my time at my normal rates and I am cheap for a web developer ;D

Hahaha, I always download them whenever I need them, my local library is well out of date ;)

Just to add my 2 cents, I can't believe anyone can complain about the level of support from the RT community - I've said it before and I'll say it again, I have *never* seen any other community so eager to help each other out.
