PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function getChildren() on

I am getting this error in my errorLog. Every single one of my RocektTheme sites is down and gettin g the white screen of death. I can get to the login page for Admin access but once I successfully login I am getting the white screen of death on the Admin site too which means I can do nothing at all on these sites. This is ONLY happening on my RocketTheme sites.
The hosting provider has looked at it and they are saying that there are no problems.
