I can't find where CSS is coming from. What is RocketTheme's
Posted 12 years 7 months ago
I have a RocketTheme template and for some reason the column sizing is coming from somewhere besides the template.css file. I changed the sizing from 225px to 25% in the template and its not changing on the live site.
When I use firebug and source where the code is coming from it shows the name of my page....ie
www.rsa-inc.com/parts
is showing its coming from a file called parts or parts:66 and when I am on the equipment page, it is doing the same.
I am not familiar enough with the RocketTheme structure to know where to look. I have checked the bodystyles and every css file I can find.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have been trying to fix this error for over a month and am about to lose it!
Thanks,
Mishi
PS- the issue is that the left module/column size is influencing the spacing in the main column on the Parts page. When the menu gets longer the spacing does the same thing. When I take out px and use percentages and float them, it goes away. I just can't find where to change it.

Quick question...your solution was wonderful and fixed my Parts page issue...however now my modules are not filling the page correctly. IE. The menu on the
www.rsa-inc.com/service
page should be on the right but its going to the left and not filling the page.
Nevermind...I fixed it...I had added something trying to fix the other issue and just needed to take it out. Thanks again
