Missing Rok modules

  • Missing Rok modules

    • I have the omnicron theme for Joomla (previously purchased) which according to the site is supposed to include RokFeature Tables and other Rok modules.
      However there are no "rok" modules at all showing up under the modules menu ?

    • you need to install the modules ... (available at the download section if you have an active membership) and create new modules in the module manager ...

    • we bought omnicron some months ago so I no longer have access to download anything now unless I pay for another subscription..
      As this was supposed to be included with omnicron theme surely I should be able to get it without paying again ?

      I hope they can help you.

      But some words before that.

      The Rockettheme service provides a membership, not individual products. Memberships are time limited - 60 days, 180 days etc.. During that time you can download and access all of our resources. Once that time expires, you can no longer do so.
      The extensions are not "part" of a template. They are an optional service.
      The membership in the extensions-club is included in the template club.
