I am building a new site for a client using the Graffito template and am having issues with proper scaling on smaller screens. Also, we need to disable the mobile site that automatically displays if a user visits from their mobile. the site can be seen here:

Try to disable responsive layout by setting fixed width of the template in template configuration. YOu have option to set it to 960px or 1200px fixed width

Ok thanks I have adjusted that. Any ideas on how to disable the mobile version of the site? Other template providers we have worked with have the option to turn the mobile version off. Not finding that with the Graffito template, am I overlooking it somewhere? Thanks again!

There is no way to turn off mobile template because in a fact, there is no separate mobile template
All you can do is to edit for example file /templates/rt_graffito/less/mediaqueries.less and remove definitions under Mobile section of the file. That will effectively "remove" mobile view
