SOLVED Client article editing and responsive layout

I am wondering if anyone has addressed the problem with their clients adding images to an article and trying to explain to them how to make the image responsive. I am currently using JCE for the editor but I am not finding a solution that will make it simple to wrap the image in a <div class="rt-image"> so that it will resize with the screen.

Hi Houston,
I suppose you can alter the behavior of the image button. Which one do your clients use, the Joomla Image button on the bottom or the JCE button in the toolbar?
