SOLVED show left side menu while browsing category items?

Hi
We are using Fracture 1.3 and Joomla 2.5.8
Please look at this page
cam805.seyeo.com/discover/itineraries
This page "Itineraries" belongs to "Discover" category.
So, from this page, you can see "Discover" menu item on the left side. I can assign the menu to show on left no problem.
Now, from that page, if I click "Read More" on any event - for example "Family Weekend" - I no longer see "Discover" menu. "Family Weekend" is a sub-sub item of Discover category.
Question:
Is there a way that I can assign a category menu to show when visitors are viewing sub-sub items?
We hope we don't have to manually create a module. We would like this to be done via main menu item, so clients will not think about this.
We would like to find the joomla way to do this.
We have advanced module manager in mind, but try not to install that module for now.

This is actually normal Joomla behavior. For pages that doesn't have assigned itemid (every page dynamically generated which doesn't have menu item defined) Joomla will show modules assigned to the default itemid (which is usually Home page of the site)
Search google how to overcome this behavior or try this
Create a hidden MENU.
Put a MENU ITEM in it for each (single) article you want on separate page (publish)
No need to put hidden menu anywhere - it will never be seen
Now joomla will open the articles in a separate page.
