So I have decided that I am not a designer. And while I love rockettheme templates, I need a designer still to add the elements to the templates to give my site some more umphf.
Is it going to be cheaper to hire a designer to work within the rockettheme template framework or will it be cheaper to have one start from scratch?
Any immensely talented and yet incredibly inexpensive designers out there who want to talk to me about this? -
