    • Has anyone else had a issue getting in touch with RT? There is no contact number so everything is done through email and messages.

      I made a mistake on the package I paid for and paid for Joomla when I meant to get the Wordpress membership. I have sent a few messages and had no luck getting a reply. I know it was my mistake, but I really need to get started on this project and shocked RT has not messaged me back.

    • Generally they are very good about responding the contact requests from here but I will pass this onto the support staff.
