Play Icon on Video Link

Hello dear programmer, designer, etc, etc
I don't know how make a video link with thumbnail that has a play icon on it.
If you look at my homepage: www.skalmiami.com
and you scroll down where i have the upcoming events, you will see three little images, well the last one is a video link but you don't know that because there is not the "classic play icon".
Any suggestion?
this is the code i'm using:
