    • I added my logo via the Kirigami template panel, and it seemed to work fine. However, it does not resize when viewed on an iPhone. There, it is OK in horizontal display, but viewed vertically, it is too long. Logo is a .png file, 60 X 400 px

    • I am sorry but this is good practice for all members. We sell here club membership and during the membership validity you can have access to anything you want. When this membership expires, you have access to the free parts of the forum. This is only way to be fair for paid members 8)

I am afraid that if you want access to the part of the forum normally reserved to the paid members, you will have to extend your membership.

You don't pay money for support. :D

      Support:
RocketTheme offers these templates and designs "as is", with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and modules. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration, etc. A private members-only forum is available to Template Club members. RocketTheme does not commit to monitor these forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions. You acknowledge by your use of the templates that it is at your sole risk, and that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with the templates.

I hope that clarifies your misunderstanding about paid support.

This method appeared to work fine, allowing the logo to respond to various screen sizes. However, I have noticed that there is a problem with the Main Menu navigation in header-b to its right when viewed vertically on my iPad.

The four menu columns do not resize, with the column on the right creating a new line.
