Why template makers produce such blootware, 18 js in templat

Could you say whay you produce templates with so many css and js files? that is not normal, later it is nightmare to clean this up.
one template 18 js files:-

It's normal.
If you use these features you need to load the js for the features.
If you want to load less js files use less features.
Don't use rokbox
Don't use the the totop-feature in gantry
Don't use the the smartload-feature in gantry
Don't use the the buildspans-feature in gantry
Don't use the the gantry-inputs-feature in gantry
Don't use the the load-transition gantry-inputs-feature in gantry
Don't use RokNav
Don't use Roktwittie
Don't use Roktabs
Don't use RokGallery
It's up to you what you want to use and load.
You could combine the js into one file with RokBooster.

Btw. part I
Roktwittie, Roktabs, RokGallery are not part of the template. Those are extensions.
totop, smartload, buildspans, inputs, transition are NOT needed to run this template.
They are just options. You don't want them? Just turn them off.
Easy to point with the finger to someone else.
Perhaps you should pay some attention on your own setup.
