    I can not Login to JOOMLA following Amember install/integration

    • Hello,

      I signed up for Amember and purchased the JOOMLA plugin. I had them do the Amember install and JOOMLA integration. But now I can not log into JOOMLA. I get the following error message:

      " Access to this membership area is not allowed. Please go to "Membership information page" to renew or add subscription "

      My JOOMLA files and directories are inside the protected directory called 'members'.

      Here are the paths from my configuration.php file:

      $mosConfig_absolute_path = '/home/besto11/public_html/<mysite>/members';
      $mosConfig_cachepath = '/home/besto11/public_html/<mysite>/members/cache';
      $mosConfig_live_site = 'http://<mysite>/members';

      Can all the files and directories for the template remain outside the protected area and have the content inside the 'members' area?
