  • problem between rocksprocket and the component Mobilejoomla

    • Hi everybody,

      I use rocksprocket to display a list of items on a site where I also used the framework Gantry templates.
      When I view the site on a PC, regardless of the browser, everything is ok, problems occurs when I try to view the site on a mobile iphone (on smartphone, looks like it's ok ) = /

      In this specific case, (i did test with an iPhone 4S), all I get is a list, so far, nothing unusual, but when I move my finger on the elements of this list to "deploy" the specific element when I move too fast (ie I spend less than 5 seconds on the element), the element does not deploy, and even worse, when I click on another item on my list, the previous item is unfolding ... and after three "clicks", nothing moves!

      I use Mobile Joomla for passing my basic template to template iphone.

      If someone has already encountered this problem on a site, I would be very interested in all the tricks available.
      It's especially hard for me to understand what's going on, cause i just can't reproduce the bug on my computer even when i use the module "user agent switcher" on firefox :$

    • We really can't provide support for 3rd party extensions like mobilejoomla :oops: I spoke to our devs and they told me that as far as they know and tested, mobilejoomla works correctly with our templates and extensions so you will have to contact mobilejoomla support to help you to configure it correctly 8)
