I was alerted that my content was ripped off by another site (they didn't even remove my company name from links) and when I went there to check it out I noticed the whole site was reselling RT templates and the content on other pages were directly from your demo templates. (module positions, header designs, Fusion with Mega Menu etc).
I understand people buy these themes and don't always customize them for clients, but it appears that this site uses your templates in their portfolio and resells them between $400-$1,000. I'm working with webmaster tools to get my content removed, but thought I'd give you a heads up about it.
I can PST details to someone, but didn't want to smear the company if this is an acceptable practice - outside of copy and pasting our content into their site that is...
