rt_meridian_j15 upgrade to 2.5

A good afternoon all,
I bought the rt_meridian_j15 in 2009 and today got an email from my hosting company, that they do not support Joomla 1.5 anymore (shutting it down in april 2013)
When I go to the rt_meridian_j15 www.rockettheme.com/joomla-templates/meridian template, it says it is a 1.5 AND a 2.5 template (good news !)
What do I need to do : is the 1.5 template compatible with the 2.5 (therefore I do not have to do anything) OR do I have to buy the 2.5 version ?

You have to renew your template club subscription in order to download J2.5 version of template. You will also need to migrate your web site to Joomla 2.5. Search google how to do that
