SOLVED - Site displaying incorrectly

Good morning. Hopefully this is a simple issue, but I am stumped. A client site (that was completed several months ago) is no displaying incorrectly:
www.bintelli.com
its like the framework is just not functioning. I have NO idea what the client did, he says he didnt touch anything. I know he has been editing article content (no plugins or system files). Is there anything I can look into to get this working again? Thanks for any help you can offer, the template used is 'Momentum'

Trying to expedite assistance with the following info:
- My website URL is: www.bintelli.com
- My Joomla version number is J-2.5.3
- My Rockettheme template version number is: Momentum v1.5
- My Gantry version number is 3.2.17
My issue is:
- please see above. template is not loading correctly. Very recent issue after working for months

- When I take a look with firebug it is a bit weird that almost all css files and css setings (margins, positions, paddings,..) are MISSING....

- why would this be? could something have been updated, and is no longer pulling the necessary files? seems like there must be an easy fix to this. i am stumped however, and appreciate your quick response

- Hmm... I am not sure... can you take a look at the root to see if the files are on the server....?

Beautiful! disabling that plugin worked.
Can you explain what that plugin was doing to suddenly crash the site? Im sure the client will be asking. Thank you again for your prompt support
