Do I need Rokbb5?

- I have the phpbb3 Leviathan theme. In the install tutorial it gives instructions to download and install Rokbb3 also that is the only admin module available for download in the phpbb3 section. I noticed there was a Rokbb5 download. Is that just for joomla? do I need to upgrade to Rokbb5 from Rokbb3 for phpbb3 forums? If I do need to upgrade it to Rokbb5 where can I find instructions to do so?

There are full style installation instructions for Leviathan:

You can use RocketLauncher for fresh install (style, rokbb bundled and configured)
Bundle (for separate installs of rokbb and style)
Style package (for installations where RokBB is already installed)
RokBB 5 is for Fracture and up
RokBB3 is only for kirigami and lower
I strongly suggest you to use RocketLauncher. It's the same install as clean phpBB but with leviathan activated, configured and set. - karolorzel.com

Sorry, I'm new and don't get the up / down reference. I'm trying to run Quasar. Is that above or below Fracture? Can I use ROKBB 5?
