I have an issue with the search function on a quantive template. most search terms quickly find some result, but a few words cause the search to just sit there with
the 'loading' circle spinning endlessly.
The word "kit" or "kits" is one such example.
I'm on J1.5.26. Yep, 1.5.26. No, I know, I am being serious with you. 1.5.26.
I'm on RT Quantive 1.5.5
I've read comments before from the Mod Squad mentioning that keeping the right updated joomla, template, extensions, etc all together is important in resolving some of these issues. makes sense.
my difficulty is that on being with such older versions, I'm not sure what version of various items I need to keep to work together. Joomla is current for 1.5. template is one update behind. stuff like roknavmenu is further behind. but i don't want to update roknavmenu too far and have it create issues with j1.5 or rtq1.5.5. make sense.
my other difficulty is that after a few years of being an RT Joomla Developer level member, I've recently switched over to RT Magneto Dev level member, so I can only update some extensions, but not the Quantive template itself (unless I'm missing something entirely).
I dunno if I can get help on this or not, but it's worth asking.

I will have to give another difficulty to the list I am afraid. From the beginning of 2013 we are no longer providing support for Joomla 1.5 and issues related to it. I am really sorry but this was clearly announced more than 1 year ago in our blog

So, RT does not have any documentation on the site that says Joomla version X goes with RT template version Y, goes with RokExtensions Z?
I've been looking around on here but cannot find documentation that might help me sort through it.
